Running Accomplishments:

So, the love for my running goes back about 15 years (I was 16yrs old then) when I started running randomly. Distance/pace/training - these terms were not known to me. I ran in the winters mostly to keep warm. I had a gap of a few years before I started running about 4 years back. I have not done a full marathon in last few years but half marathons have been around 1hr 40minutes or so with a practice of 6-8 weeks (at times no training at all). I did a HM in the month of Jan 2015 after a break of 8 months (had run 6 times in these 8 months) and got to finish line after 1hr and 42 minutes. PBs that I remember: 800M - 2minutes and 11seconds 1:5KM - 5minutes and 12seconds 10K - 38minutes (trained for 3 months) HM: 1hr and 40minutes FM - not run in the last few years 100K - walk and run in 16hrs

Short-Term Running Goals:

A sub3hrs (BQ with a margin run Boston in 2017)

Long-Term Running Goals:

Ironman by 2018

2:45hrs will be a dream for a FM

Personal:

I plan a lot but have not been able to run consistenly ever.  I could follow a schedule of up to 4 weeks in a row and then it all gets messed up.  I dream a lot but hopefully, I will also be able to execute a bit more, now.
